Tammy Hauser is the owner of Discover Sarasota Tours and recipient of an American Express "Inclusive Backing" grant.

In what she boasts as the friendliest city in Florida, Tammy runs multiple trolly tours showcasing the historic and vibrant town for thousands of tourists that flock there each year. As part of our "Shop Small" video series for American Express, we were able to spend time with Tammy to tell her story of how creating a welcoming environment for everybody is in the DNA of her small business.
