James Dong started his small business with giving back to the community integrated into his business model. He wanted to ensure that people from low-income communities could benefit from outdoor activities like he has. It's one of the reasons he received an "Inclusive Backing" grant from American Express and why we featured him in our video series to promote Amex's "Shop Small" campaign.
